Quality
The experience of
the founder, who had worked for years in the cosmetics and
lubricants sectors, was transmitted to establish the Quality
System, the basis of which derived from those severe customer
specifications, which set its suppliers precise rules and rigid
controls.
It was therefore
a natural step forward to introduce all this experience to the
new company, setting the certification of the Quality System as
an objective, which took place in 1996
through the Certifying Body RINA

There are two
strong points to the Quality System, each aimed at customer
satisfaction:
Accurate
management of the orders, both as regards to the standard
products and products produced with the personalisation required
by the customer.
Precise
and punctual control of production processes starting from
control of the raw materials used up to final stocking and
delivery to the customer, so as to guarantee product
traceability in any work phase.
Accurate tests and controls follow the
product both during sampling and all production processes.

Continental quality system has been awarded several prestigious
acknowledgements on the part of customers and certifying bodies
