The experience of
CN Continental in the transformation of plastic
materials began in the ‘70s when the founder
began experimenting both with new materials and equipment
suitable to produce finished products which could be a valid
alternative to the solutions available at that time.
That period saw
the start of the development of the company Know-how
which became a patrimony appreciated by the customers who found
solutions to their requirements in CN Continental
services.
 The
production activity is based on four perfectly consolidated
and complementary technologic
processes: Blow moulding, Injection moulding, Filling,
Regeneration. All four technology processes are a strong point
of the company which is able to satisfy each customer
requirement by having proposed alternative, advantageous
solutions.
 Blow
moulding
This technology is used
for many different fields of
application to form hollow bodies:
these can be simple such as bottles or extremely
complex such as tank components for the automobile
industry

 Injection
moulding
This is used to create
finished products of different shapes and
sizes. CN Continental has the capacity to produce
articles from 50 to 1,000 Tons of closing force.

Filling
CN Continental has
the capacity to fill from 100 to 3,000
cm3 , with specialisation in eutectic solutions where we are a
leader on the market in its formulation and in filling.

Regeneration
As the plastic
materials used are completely recyclable, all
the production waste is regenerated and returned to the
production cycle, guaranteeing maximum environmental
compatibility of the technology used.
