CN Continental’s patio umbrella bases are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) to ensure top-level mechanical strength and resistance against atmospheric agents. Our bases are compatible with poles having diameters between 18 and 70 mm. When filled with water or sand and water, they can reach a weight of over 100 kg (270 Galapagos model).  If quality is in the details, then all you need to note is the special design of the tube seats and ring nuts to understand that our umbrella bases are of a superior quality. The tube seat is threaded and not fixed to the base using the classic bayonet system. Screwed to the base it guarantees greater stability. Our ring nut is fitted with reinforced wings which close around the umbrella pole ensuring that it stays in position.
All models can be customised. Besides the standard colours, we are able to produce different colour umbrella bases according to the customer’s request.
